Sebastien is well known for the Jump London and Jump Britain documentaries, as well as working for Madonna and (of course) his performance in James Bond “Casino Royale”. He is one of the founder of the movement called Parkour, and also known as the founder of Freerunning, but despite all of that he sees himself as an explorer as his practice and his interest are in constant evolution. Sebastien lives in the UK and has his Academy there.
Alex May is a parkour practitioner and coach who lives in London. He is also a legal researcher and writer. He founded and grew the Oxford Parkour Community before moving to London, and now coaches for Foucan Freerunning Academy and Free Your Instinct, as well as still being involved with the Oxford Parkour Community and stuff not associated with a group.
The PKast (Parkour Podcast) is a mix of interview and conversation about Parkour. My name is Philipp Raasch and I am member of ParkourONE in Cologne. I have been teaching and practicing Parkour since 2003. During the past two years I have travelled a lot and had the opportunity to talk to many traceurs around the world. This is the second podcast from a series of 12 podcasts. In the future, there will be a real audio-podcast of this series.
